2007 End of year Survey
Thank you for taking the time to fill out the Hillside Rod & Gun Club survey. The board is
very interested in reviewing your responses and in turn, better serving our membership. All information
is anonymous. Survey results will be posted on the annoucement board in January 2008.
There are 4 sections to the survey: Your Thoughts on the focus of the club, Club Bar, Club Kitchen, and Entertainment. Each
section has roughly 5 questions. In the first section we want you to give us your thoughts on a few key
topics. You can write as much or as little as you want.
